These terms govern your use of any digital product, course, and licensed content provided by Gee Delos Santos | #TheProjectGee (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of our Products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Product.
Grant of License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and sell the Product in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement. This license applies only for the duration of your ownership of the master resell rights (MRR) to the Product.
Exclusive Property
The Product—including but not limited to its content, structure, design, branding, logos, and all associated materials—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of #TheProjectGee or its licensors. You acknowledge that you do not own the Product, except for the resell rights granted under this Agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Product, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your license at any time if we believe you have violated any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and destroy any copies of the Product.
Modifications and Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted. Continued use of the Product after updates implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full and final agreement between you and #TheProjectGee regarding your rights to use and sell the Product, superseding all previous agreements.

If you do not receive your product after payment, email us at workwithtpg@gmail.com with proof of payment for immediate resolution.

Digital Product Licensing Agreement
This Licensing Agreement is between #TheProjectGee (“Licensor”) and you (“Licensee”) effective upon purchase. This agreement allows you to access and resell digital content created by Gee Delos Santos | #TheProjectGee within the boundaries of this document.
By accessing or purchasing any product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the full scope of these Terms and Conditions, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, and Distribution Rights.
